Before doing whatever bad habit, ask these questions and write down the answers. It helps to understand the reason it persists. Can I live without doing this? Based on my financial situation, can I afford it? Will it benefit me? Do I have the time for it? What initially started this habit? What is my emotional state in general today? (Calm? Stressed? Celebratory? Feeling bad about myself?) How do I feel when I engage in this habit? (Happy? Excited? Indifferent? And how long will this feeling last?)

Cero, OH. MY. GOD. You just solved ALL addiction problems. I mean, that's just as enlightening as saying "Just be happy." to depressed people.

Well you know i used to hate most of things , but i begin to try new stuff and slowly they began to superimpose those i was addicted to... they were kinda boring but, if you don't try new stuff i will never know if u like them or not

I spent 4 hours last night sorting through my Magic The Gathering cards, to the point my shoulders were stiff. I'm in the process of making 3 decks. This morning, I woke up, took my dog out, made coffee, got on MO and posted some..... Now I'm putting more Magic cards into my shopping basket online. https://media0.giphy.com/media/1ZtjOzP5i4SsznDSkh/giphy.gif
