mods can't delete those I have heard caus of some trusted member function... till they get dat off it's gonna be clearing time... lol trusted member Tsun-chan XDDD

^ i've gone through pages of pages of threads to delete them in the past and clear out the forums of the troll/scam shit this isnt a mod problem but a site problem i delete what i can, dont worry (if i didnt this site would be even more flooded)

No idea what the trusted member thing is. But....shit like VPN, proxy, and Tor are a thing (there are more clever and efficient ways but these are usually enough). So yeah, that's not a mod's job, only site developer himself has any influence over this matter at all.

problem is, seph-sama did step in but because the troll uses a vpn, he couldnt do anything

It is possible to make a website specifically unavailable to VPN users, that's however only something psycho governments (like mine) usually use. That, or some big fish companies. *sigh* Sorry....as much I'd like to help you guys out, this is sadly out of my department. I'm a software developer, was never interested in websites on such a scale of security.
