I don’t think I can ever go to having a normal sleeping schedule. I went to sleep at 11pm yesterday, cuz I was really tired. Then ended up waking up 40 mins from a nightmare. It’s been like this since I was 12 n don’t see how to change it. Gotta wait for the sun to pop up to actually pass out.
