@theghoulieleader It is hard, but the magic number is 2 years of consistent training will usually get people to where they wanted to be when they first started. Some people can go crazy and make total life changes and do that in one year. However a life and workout balance it can be done in roughly 2 years. There are some hidden things of which there are three. It is expensive, it hurts and takes time.

1.6g per kg. So about 160g on a training day is what I aim for. Calories for losing weight is about 2700, gaining muscle is 4200. However that is just for me. Things may differ from person to person.

whenever i saw bugs bunny as a kid i always wanted to just eat carrots like that. dunno why >_<
