Ideally someone like Sanji from One Piece without all the nosebleeding. Once he finds a girl that reciprocates sincerely or insincerely his attention is on her completely and she is the only thing that exists and matters in his world. Plus, he cooks! Though he smokes an awful lot it's not terribly important. He's a very sweet, loving, however perverted guy. Though my dream date would probably be Trafalgar Law... even though he's a little bit messed up in the head and twisted, he is very goal-oriented, intelligent, and he's a surgeon!
