Does race matter to you?

This can be a touchy subject but i have to ask. When picking a partner (not a friend) does race play as a factor in decision making. Why I make this because im insecure.

I'm not here to judge and i can see the whole growing up in a certain area part playing a role in decision making. I grew up in a multicultural area so I've been big into different types of people. I have been turned down before due to "I only date my race" and it sucks because i feel ultra limited. I'm not looking to be pitied but looking for hobest replies. So thank you for your two cents.

I have my preferences, also, but it comes down to personality. If we have a lot in common, but she's a total bitch, then no. I'd she acts like white trash, no. If she acts ghetto, no. The list goes on. It basically comes down to personality and how she presents herself.

In my personal opinion, I would say every race have their own unique of attractiveness. I myself is a mix child of different countries, so races plays a little role to me but I will still admit I find other races more attractive than the white girls, maybe because i'm surrounded by white girls that make it kind of less attractive? Anyway I would still say as jikokun said that it comes down to the personality and the race plays a little factor for me. The funny thing is my crush at the moment is white. xD

No, ethnicity isn't really a factor for me relationship wise. I tend to find people of certain ethnicity, on average, more attractive, though. For me it tends to go Asian, Black, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, Caucasian. Each person is different, however. My boyfriend is Asian, I'm Caucasian.

Ethnicity isn't a big factor for me at all when it comes to relationships. Being from the Caribbean, I see people of different races so it's really no big deal. And I have to agree with Alexis. I do find people of certain ethnicity more attractive. I'm very fond of Indians and Native Americans. I find myself attracted to men with brown skin tones, whether light or dark. This does not mean I would never date a Caucasian. It depends on personality and all that other good stuff as well.

Be whatever colour you want, believe in whatever deity you want. It comes down to personality. And Asian helps. Not really, But just saying. ..
