id say it is though theres a bunch af fanservice stuff in it too all in all though I really liked it!!

It's pretty good, the animation is smooth, the music is good, and the concept of it is interesting. I'd like to see the live action of it, but I want to finish the animated serise first.
I've never seen High School DxD, but after reading the concept, it seems interesting. Worth a watch?
