Oh boy. I don't think my interests ever hindered any relationship I was in and only once did I date a girl who shared them. But as I go on, I'am beginning to feel a bit lonely with girls that don't quite share any of my interests. Usually they get attracted to an idealized version of me. Something they percieve me as I could be rather than who I'am. Something amongst the lines of ,,good basic material, let's just work out few of these and we are good to go" kind of thing. No one asked me to stop watching anime or such yet. I'am no stranger to compromises in a relationship but all in healthy messure.
