Ah I can get quite picky with the art, if I see eyes drifting across characters faces or scenes like some of the screen shots from Pain and Naruto's battle they can put me off quite a bit XD Maybe I'm just too fussy XD Reminds me I need to catch up with my weekend anime, I hate waiting a whole week for episode DX

The art works for anime don't really matter much to me but if the story is just bad I'll just stop watching it. Most of the anime these days are ether ecchi or harem to much of it is being made and wat I think is a lot of ppl don't like those kind of anime but those kind don't bother me. xD

I was wondering if it was just me who thought so, I haven't seen many good anime that haven't been going for like 10 years or finished a few years ago XD The only exception I can think of is Attack on Titan, I think that anime has huge potential, I'd love it to become a long running anime but I wouldn't like it to fall into traps like lazy animation and poorly done fillers. The problem is am biased against ecchi, harem and slice of life so I don't give them much of a chance, I look at the first episode and go "nopenopenope - oh the standard of anime is falling" Even anime I enjoyed such as K or Devil and the Realist, I sit there questioning how original the anime is. I think, oh I'm sure that was inspired by this anime, that sounds like this anime etc. Although technically most of my favourite anime were inspired by the Dragon Ball series so it's kind of bad for me to be thinking that new anime lack originality XD

Omg I knooow ;_; And so true about Bleach, I spend several months in denial that it was actually genuinely not going to continue being animated. All I can hope is they pull a Hunter x Hunter. I read the reason it got an OVA was because of the fan outcry when the 1999 version finished, then after the fans still weren't happy they did a reboot, 2 movies and some musicals. I could live without the musicals and another movie or two would be awesome but I just want the main series to continue ;_;

Yea I prefer anime to manga but at the same time I get so impatient. I mean as much as I like the manga, and it is the original piece which the anime derive from, for me reading anime like Attack on Titan, One Piece, Bleach and HxH just don't compare to seeing them animated. I especially love how the 3D manoeuvre gear and movement are animated in AoT *Q* Levi dicing up the female titan was especially cool in my opinion.

You read my mind XD Honestly I'd like to see if One Piece will actually get finished - I mean I'm in no hurry for it to end but I really, really want to know what this 'One Piece' actually is XD If you read the manga you'll at least get a peek as to what season 2 will be about :D I didn't want to spoil myself but when I realised just how close the anime was to the point the manga had gotten up to I gave up, and the shit that goes down right after the part the anime reached >.< I'm just like I need that season 2 nao! And then there's Hunter x Hunter, who's mangaka is the king of hiatuses himself DX

yes! I need a time machine! The worst part? I'd probably use it to jump far into the future to watch the ends of my favourite ongoing anime and to see how anime advances. Never mind humanity, science, technology and all that jazz, I just want to watch anime XD

I really really want to go Japan too >.< But omg the flight alone, so expensive O_e Not to mention how expensive everything is once you get to japan. Is it bad that I consider the vending machines there almost an attraction XD Oo yes please, I'd love to take a look :D I wish learning the language wasn't so hard, if only I would download the knowledge straight to my brain XD And the culture is so fascinating but I'd be so terrified of accidentally coming across as rude, there seems to be a lot to remember

Oh don't worry I didn't think that's what you were saying XD Buying merchandise is expensive but I think it's worth it :) I have a friend who buys make up on a regular basis and I'm just watching her applying it like O__o the amount of anime and manga stuff I could get with that... Different people spend their money on different things and I also love collecting anime and manga too and honestly I'm proud of my handful of manga, character books and dvds I have and the one figurine I own takes pride of place on my shelf. I don't own a great deal of merchandise but I think all anime fans treasure their stuff ^_^ I really admire people with these great big stashes of merchandise they worked hard to earn the money to buy :D
