Thanks man I really will take those kind words to heart. Your right it does include me. Definitely something I needed to hear at this moment of my life. I admit I'm the type to get stuck in negative thoughts that start multiplying but at the same time it doesn't mean I have to stay there. I have the ability to change my point of view to something positive. Perhaps my pessimism stemmed from a lack of being able to change my situations, but at the same time only I can put myself there. Because if I try hard enough I can break those chains that bind me. Your a very wise dude I will keep in mind what you said.
