Criselington @criselington There are actually a few places where you can rent one easily enough, however if you want one for yourself go wonder the woods stronger more reliable bird and befriend through trade and feeding, or wonder the city if you want a slightly smaller but more friendly bird at the start. Now to train it you need to raise it and train it at the location you wish to have it send letters then release it with the letter and it shall "go home" and deliver the letter

Easy all you need to do is get out you ink and quill and write a letter upon some parchment. Then ask a simple how are you doing and some other simple things like how are your family or how are you doing with your interests. Keep it simple and don't be creepy or anything. Once your letter is finished find your prettiest and strongest carrier bird and send the letter with a small trinket so as to not overload the bird, showing you are interested in her and you care about the well-being of other things too. Super simple.
