Salie sighed in relief, “Oh, no she says our ‘mother’ is back in the Yukis’ Empire so we can not go back to her for now, but we do have an uncle in the Dragon Empire. Maybe, I’ll get to see him one day.” Salie said, relaxing his posture. “I hope you get to meet him and see your mother again.” Xishi said. “But the thought of meeting him and seeing her also scares me.” Salie confided. “Why would it scare you?” Xishi asked, Salie pondered for a second. “Xishi, do you remember when we first met?” Salie asked. “How could I forget? I will remember that moment forever. It was a year after you arrived in the village and I had just moved here.” Xishi said. *A ten year old Salie had walked over to the Kellas mansion. Trinla sat impatiently on the porch waiting for him. “You cannot expect a girl to walk to school on her own! It just would not be proper!” Trinla scolded him, he chuckled. “Sorry Trinla.” he apologized. He hid his arm behind his back. “What are you hiding there?” she asked. “N-nothing.” Salie fibbed. “Show me then.” Trinla commanded. Salie showed her his arm which was bandaged from the knuckle up to his elbow. “Did you get in another fight?” Trinla glared at him. “I would not call it a fight, it was just Alex…” Salie started to explain. “Of course, isn’t it always him!” Trinla continued to scold him. “But Trinla, him and me were just sparring, I recently began training with the three masters.” Salie finished.

“Well, I suppose it is alright if it is just for training but I do not like the thought of you getting hurt!” Trinla scolded her face turning red, she turned her face away. “A-anyway lets go to school.” she said storming off towards the schoolhouse. Salie ran after her and caught up to her at a corner. “Did I do something wrong, Trinla?” Salie asked. “No.” Trinla said simply, her eyes closed, her nose raised in the air as if ignoring his presence. “You are not acting like it.” Salie pointed out. “You are imagining things.” she stated, still obviously upset. They rounded another corner, and a little seven-year old Yuki girl came into view. She was crying. “Hey, do you recognize her?” Salie asked Trinla. “No I have never seen her before.” Trinla responded. Salie approached her and as he got closer he noticed details about her. She had pale rose hair that hung down to the middle of her back, her Hõseki shãdo was purple, and her Tamashï no daiyamondo were blue. She wore a short purple kimono, with blue boots that came all the way up to her knees and she had hair ornaments framing her face. Her skin was tanned, her clothes were adorned with crescent moon crests, and she had a small coin purse also adorned with a crescent moon crest. Salie walked up to her, placed a hand on her head and said, “What is wrong, little sister?”

She looked up at him, her eyes conveying a sense of wonder and surprise. Salie smiled at her. “Are you lost?” he asked her. The girl quickly nodded, blushing slightly. She must be from the new Yuki family that moved in at West Sakura street.” Trinla said. “Trinla, I am going to help her home. You go on ahead to school.” Salie said. “You better not miss school Salie!” Trinla warned him, then continued on her way. “Alright, see you at school.” Salie said waving goodbye to Trinla. He knelt with his back to the girl. “Want to ride on my back? You are probably tired.” Salie said. She hesitantly nodded. “Yes, please.” she said. She wrapped her arms loosely around his neck, and he crossed his arms behind him under her butt to support her. He stood up and started walking towards West Sakura street. “Oh yeah, I almost forgot. My name is Salie. What is your name?” Salie asked looking over his shoulder at her. “Xishi… Xishi Sai-Huon.” she said looking at him curiously. “Xishi, huh? That’s a cute name!” Salie said with a smile, Xishi’s face turned bright red. “T-thank you, big brother.” she said shyly as Salie arrived before the house. “Is this your new house?” Salie asked. The house turned out to be a very large mansion with a sign by the gate which read ‘Sai-Huon’. “Yes.” Xishi replied.

A female voice echoed from behind the house. “That is my mom!” Xishi said excitedly as Salie helped her down from his back. She quickly ran behind the mansion and he could hear conversation as he reached the corner. He hung back waiting for Xishi to come around and introduce him. “Xishi! Your father and I have been worried about you!” she said with a relieved yet still harsh tone. “I am sorry momma, I got lost, but big brother showed me the way home.” Xishi said. “Xishi, we have no family here and your father is the only male Yuki I have seen in this town.” the voice explained. There was a brief pause and then, “I can see you around the corner, come on out.” the voice said. Salie rounded the corner with a look of embarrassment on his face. The woman looked like an adult version of Xishi except for a few details. Her Hõseki shãdo was a light lavender, her Tamashï no daiyamondo were purple and most importantly, she had silver pupiless eyes that made her look blind. “Tai-shi?” the woman said in shock, looking at Salie. “Who?” Salie asked, and the woman blinked. “No… you are not him… I am not seeing ghosts… thank goodness… he was an old friend of mine that looked a lot like you, is all.” the woman said with a hint of nostalgia in her voice. “My name is Salie. I found Xishi crying in the marketplace.” Salie said. “Well, thank you… Salie… for taking care of Xishi. My name is Rina Sai, I am Xishi’s mother.” the woman said with a smile. Salie smiled, “Is there anything I can do to help ease your moving here?” Salie inquired. Rina looked at Salie then at her daughter who was fidgeting nervously and blushing deep red, and she giggled a little.

“Could you show Xishi around and take her to the school? It would be a big help and you seem like a dependable boy.” Rina asked, Salie nodded. “Yes, ma’am.” Salie said. He looked down at Xishi, and smiled as he offered her his hand. She smiled back up at him, blushing slightly as he lead her off to school.* “I can relate to that. I was scared of being lost in life at one point just like you were.” Salie said. Xishi smiled and fought the urge to reach over and grab his hand. “I am sure everything will work out for the best,” she told him. “It always has, and I am sure it will keep doing so.” “I hope you are right, Xishi,” Salie said. “You have no idea how badly I hope you are right."

I am open to new species suggestions. I have most of the crossbreeds named but if you have a suggestion for a new fullblood species and would like it added please message me the info.

It is interesting, you seem to have put a lot of thought into this, I'm pretty thorough myself but you should definitely not make your story a conglomerate of other's ideas. Keep to what you come up with.
