Also there isn't that much gore or even body horror. But not really. After that first episode it's just depressing and boring. It wallows within it's own despair, but does little with that energy to make the suffering pay off.

@gabriel_true Holy shit, I haven't seen that fever dream in a while. Puni puni poemy was directed by Nabashin, the same guy we have to blame for the excel saga adaptation turning out the way it did. So yes, it's meant to be a joke. Something that bordered on insanity. Shoulda watched to the end, it gets even weirder.
