What do you do when feeling down?

listen to music, play guitar, play games, draw, cry, sleep, eat junk food, and cry more.
I like that so many here share what they actually do when feeling down. Most people I've asked in the past usually just say stuff like "Try changing you're attitude" or "Just be more positive". Those kinds of advice honestly frustrate me, because it's easier said than done. Picking up a good hobby is a lot easier though and probably more efficient :D

Play games, watch anime, go to the gym etc. Anything to keep me preoccupied and to make me feel better.
Writing, I write whatever is on my mind at the time and helps me release stress. For the things I can't say out loud writing it down helps. Plus listening to music, more upbeat music makes my mood better.
^that, that is 100% what I feel works! Although, all of the other things posted by everyone else also helps.
