are you sure the stand is inserted properly it may be that i know most likely not but make sure that there are no other ways to insert the stand in the back

Ok then are you sure that your putting it on a flat surface and if not that like i said put it on a inclined surface where is positioned on a ramp where the back is facing towards the ramp and let the stand touch the ramp allowing it not to fall this is alot to do for it but it seems either you may have a faulty part if you done everything correctly

Looks like I came in late in this conversation. The figma from the same company had the same issue so they added an extra piece so that the hair can still come straight down. Seems they did the same for the Nendos or at least from what I understood in this convo.
