Sure, but for most looking to connect I probably am not too local... I'm from The Netherlands. Actually, next to dating just chatting would be nice too.

I figured I'd post this here, but I run into this quite frequently both online and in person. Please, if you are attempting to get to know someone, don't send or discuss your Amazon wishlist! It's odd that people think others find it attractive to ask others to buy expensive gifts to "prove" their worth. It's crass, stop doing that to people.

I just joined here so I don't yet know if this really is a Otaku facebook equivalent, but let's be honest, we all want to date someone who likes the same things we do, aka Anime and japanese culture. (pls like cosplay;D ) but if I look at it in a rational way isn't it impossible? What we are wishing (me included) is too perfect (to like us and to like what we like) to even exist...
