Help needed to fill a mansion

Hello, I'll be revisiting one story that I wanted to do quite a long time ago, however I would like to add some exciting elements to it, so, I thought about making some of the personnel that will work on the mansion be made from real people. Soooo, here's a list of roles and jobs available at the mansion, you can feel free to pick whichever one you feel like you would like to have if you lived in such a world, setting is, post apocalyptic, humanity was forced to return to pre-industrial age. The list of jobs and "personalities" are as follows, the number dictates the number of people that should be around... 7*Maids 5*Butler's 1*Head of maids 1*Head of butler's 6*Cooks-Chefs 1*Sous Chef 1*Head Chef -Executive 8*Guardsmen 1*Commander 2*Gardeners 1*Tamer 2*Treasury-Keepers 10*Adventurers 2*Doctors 2*Mechanics 1*Lord of the mansion 1*Lady of the mansion 1*Spoiled Brat 2*Resident Cats 1*Resident dog 1*Tortured Slave Any of the jobs can have one of the following perky traits: 4*Resident-Asshole/Douchebag 2*Paranoia-Kings 3*Drama-Queens 1*Waste-of-oxygen 4*Resident-Bisexuals(any gender) 5*Yes-man You can also promote others for a certain role if they are shy~ A disclaimer, I don't plan to make myself a character, I don't really see the point, if I did I would most likely kill him early on, thanks for your contributions!

You can pick one, or, if you're really unsure, I can fix you somewhere in the middle of both if that suits you, the more escentricities, the more content I'll have to write something decent. Don't be discouraged by the numbers btw, it's just a guideline, it can be overcome at any point~
