i think they mean in your profile, theres quite a few members that dont have real pictures of themselves. Which kind of defeats the purpose of an anime dating site, not that you should base everything on looks. Half the problem tho is the owners seemed to have shifted their attention to facebook instead of the forums.

Agreed, if your hear to meet people you can't be a complete shut in and not show yourselves, I think it's old habit for some otaku, break out do something different ^^

I somewhat agree but there are minors here that use this site. I encourage them to use anime/manga/cartoon/animal or whatever pics to help protect them. I think there should be a forced option for us adults to not be able to see their real pics. Just saying yo. For for us 18+ I do encourage real pics. Even though we socialize here, this site was designed as a dating site. 1 recent pic should suffice.
