I loved you at first sight

Loving someone at first sight doesnt have to be based off looks, but based of something you see that person doing too.. I would imagine it would be because i saw her help some old person across the street or because she stopped and went out of her way to do something for someone else that people normally wouldnt. So I think the best answer for me would be to do the opposite of what i would normally do... work up the courage to go and say hi, compliment her and ask her why she just did the nice thing i saw her do.. That she is the good in the world that there needs to be more of and ask if she would bring a little bit of that goodness into my life even if only for one night for a date, and she can be the judge of me then like i was of her when i couldnt help but stare as she showed the kindness that was inside her heart.

If it was someone I’d known for a while, and the relationship had been steadily getting better, with a deep connection, but our feelings hadn’t been defined or expressed yet.......I’d either hold off from saying anything to avoid getting hurt, or just pause whilst walking about with them, look into their eyes and say “you know, I think I love you” smile then carry on walking like nothing happened. If they’ve got something to add they can pull me back for a kiss or declare something of their own, and if not then I’m already half way to ignoring that it ever happened. And fighting back the tears lol
