iv never been able to do a single pull up, but in gym i did 15 push ups

All i have is dumbells. Does anyone know any good back excercises. I really only know one and it only does upper back.

Acacia dumbells are awesome because they activate your quick twitch muscles as opposed to static muscles with a barbell. Basically all that instability makes your muscles work even harder. You can do bench presses, flys, skull crushers and obviously curls with just dumbells. You can just use a sturdy chair for most of the exercises. You'd be amazed at the workout you get at home! Look up some exercises on YouTube of dumbells at home. There's a library of them waiting for you
