I wish I could get over my social anxiety, it sucks going places wanting to talk to people but not being able to speak or walk over and strike up a conversation. Hell just going into public puts my brain into fight or flight on an occasion and my mind gets all foggy and shit when my anxiety kicks in, it fuckin' sucks.

It's all a mental game my dude @sobo275 if you really want to get over it I'd just go out and chat with random people face to face. It's a mountain full of awkwardness, Loses and luck. Even with me being able to talk to random strangers face to face with the same energy I put on here doesn't mean I'll make friends sadly but I also haven't asked cause I don't wanna bother people.

Fake it until you make it. Much, much easier said than done, but that's what it takes with social anxiety. That and therapy.lol Really, been there.
