I still don't see what's so special about someone's skull and the flesh hanging off it. Now if we got to see someone's chest cavity with a heart beating inside of it, that'd be impressive.

But in all seriousness, i find the idea of a "Mask" cliche and dumb as hell. I know some people need to "hide", per say, but we're on the internet. This is where most come to show themselves.You have most of the freedom to be yourself to the full extent and no one will know who you are. and people give you shit about who you are, you can ignore them or get offline. You didn't take off a mask. You just told the truth about your intentions.... and most people on here in fact do that all the time... and they prefer the same from people who want a relationship on here. A lot of people came to this site with the same intentions, you're not a special case... and TONS of past threads people said how they haven't been lucky on this site. They want a relationship, but can't find anyone interested... but if you want me to take off a "mask", I came to this site to make friends.. I could care less about relationship in the romantic sense because i don't take anyone serious on the internet. I can't feel emotionally connected with someone unless i deal with them IRL. Friends, on the other hand, you can have someone to occupy time without dealing with "cheating" if you want more than one friend or talk to other people online. and there is more of a chance of similar interests. And oddly enough, i've never had problems finding people who want to be in a serious relationship with me. I've only had problems with finding friends that will stay in contact.
