i spoke to someone about it and they said its not my confidence has'nt been shattered im just living in fear incase it happens again

well i'd like to know, WHY do you think it was your fault? did you truly do something wrong like cheating, or did your partner manipulate you into thinking it's your fault? i can't make judgements until i hear the answer to that.

Nah it's not your fault unless you cheated. My ex tried to put the blame on me but honestly now that I think about it, it's not my fault. I still don't feel confident around women anymore but as all break ups happen one becomes stronger. So hopefully you learn from your past relationships and improve upon them.
