Went to therapy today for 4 hours…and my personality type is INFJ …I knew I was introverted but I didn’t know I was that bad. I assumed I was outgoing and fun but that explains a lot actually …for me I just need 3 friends and I’m happy.

If you say something mean it and do it. Do not keep changing the mind for something little. Every action you take affects someone else where that’s yourself or others. Be mindful and think before acting
