I recently moved to jacksonville I been looking to meet some anime friends. You seem sorta new to anime maybe only been into it for 4-5 years? I study using "My Japanese Coach" for Nintendo DS, "The Otaku Encyclopedia"(got it off of E-Bay), internet translation generators, and by simply watching anime/reading manga.
