Yukiteru Amano (or Yuki) is a loner who never really interact with people and prefers writing a diary on his cell phone with his only companion being an imaginary friend named Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space. However, Yuki soon learns that Deus is not a figment of his imagination but real when Deus makes him a participant in a battle royale with eleven others.

Keita Suminoe is a third-year Japanese middle school student living with his father, stepmother, and older twin stepsisters, Ako and Riko in undisclosed Japan. Since the remarriage of their parents at childhood, the siblings have always been affectionately close and supportive of one another.

Even though this is a sequel to To-Love-Ru, all of our main characters make an appearance along with some new additions. Rito continues to be caught in over-the-top uncensored ecchi scenarios.
