Yeah, bleach is an ongoing anime, as for Hetalia Axis Powers, it's based on a webcomic and the episodes are around 5 minutes long. The character are actually countries personified and are basically stereotypes.

You have got to see the part with all the creatures. It's like a someone released all the animals at a zoo, except the animals were monsters. There was even a unicorn killing people!
