Mhh, I should try that out with toffee. Fruitbased cheesecakes are the best - and the best tea to it is roiboos orange tea. Yes, I will take some pictures if I make a cheesecake again~

Oh my goodness~ Cheesecake is one of my favourite cakes, too! My very berry favourite Cheesecake is the American Blueberry Cheesecake with white chocolate. I could bake it again~

Oh yes, there are, but mostly for hinamatsuri or for other events in Japan. Quirky cakes are the best cakes! :)

I'm not quite sure if a sushi christmas cake is something normal in Japan, but I can say for sure it is quirky for western people (many peeps I know wouldn't eat that cake on Christmas - I have asked) :D
