In this lovely coming of age tale we see the young and adventurous Pico explore himself and his future during one mysterious summer. The series is composed of three OVAs that will keep you in tears and wanting more, each tale tells one story of Pico's summer as he tries to find who he really is and the conflicting nature we see between the departure of childhood and the entering of the teenage years.

Onodera Ritsu, a literary editor, resigns from his father's publishing company, due to his coworkers' jealousy of his success, claiming that he is simply riding his father's business. He applies for a position at Marukawa Publishing, but instead of his preferred department of literature he is placed in the infamous shoujo manga department, Emerald.

Daydreamer Izumi Sena is the black sheep of his family. With a model for a mother, a singer for a father, and a brother who fronts one of the most popular bands around, you'd think Izumi would be destined for stardom.
