Reading helps me to sleep cuz I dislike it, but I do it cuz my language is horrid and I need to read more to get better. Currently, reading The Girl with all the Gifts. If I am watching YT, playing games or talking to my friends, I can forget about sleeping totally lmao. It's good that you improved your sleep schedule. Energy drinks are bad man... coffee and tea are good in moderation. I love to sleep in moving vehicles hahahahahahha...
