Hello! It's been over a year since we last talked (time has gone pretty fast, hehe), how have you been? What have you been doing? Everything going okay?

Neverland @dakoya I can't seem to get to your profile, well I hope you haven't disappeared. Things are good, new apartment, looking to get a new car soon. I could get a pet, but I don't think I'm ready for that kind of responsibility.

Hey man, it s been a while. How have you been ?
meisterman1985
Still hanging in there wearing masks and staying introverted while relying on natural healing. But I still work at a local BBQ restaurant for over two years now, doing minimalism and constantly studying Japanese language. Both of my grandfathers, two great uncles and my father were veterans.

Neverland @dakoya Are you currently enjoying college life? Autumn is here, my favorite season, so I'm enjoying the changing colors and cool weather.

(。・ω・)ノHello!
dakoya
Neverland @dakoya Just catching up on people in my friends list and seeing how you've all been doing. Fabulously I assume :D. I also just realized it's Veteran's Day tomorrow and rue the fact that I work still.

Welcome back! Is authentic Hmong food available in those Asian restaurants?
dakoya
Neverland @dakoya Like most Asian restaurants I've been too, the food has been Americanized, so it's not as authentic.
hakutaku
Bish Lasagna @hakutaku Your parents will cook those homemade hmong food! (*ノ・ω・)Are some traditional sliver accessories Hmongs like kept ?
dakoya
Neverland @dakoya Hey I'm surprised you know that. That is indeed true. They have a lot of silver necklaces that are a pain to put on. Traditionally, your mom or the girls in the family make your traditional clothes and their only worn during the new year festivities. Oddly enough, now I do miss my mom's home cooked meals, but like most second generation immigrants, it's hard to connect with our parents. They are too old fashion and haven't been as Americanized as us. The result is a lot of arguments or mainly them yelling and us pretending we care.
