Hey, thanks for the response on my post. A lot of the things you mentioned are very relatable to what I've been going through lately so yes, it was helpful. I took some time to myself to really think about what I want out of my life and how I was going to achieve it. When I was younger I was always so motivated to chase my goals and dreams and I felt that spark in me slowly disappear. I think one of the reasons for this is that I haven't really been living in reality -- I always think of the past and how much freedom and energy I had, but it's time that I let those ideas go, or something along those lines. I should see growing up as another opportunity. I'm free to do whatever I want, so in a sense I have even more freedom; this is probably the most opportune time I have in my life. I had brainstormed a bunch of ideas of how I can have some fulfillment in my life and some of the goals that I'd like to achieve. In all honesty I really do want to experience a life as exciting as portrayed in anime, even though I know it's highly unlikely just because the world doesn't operate in that way. Regardless, I am making steps forward to improve my overall quality of life. One of the conclusions I came to and a goal I set for myself is to challenge myself in whatever way possible. Like you mentioned, I'm going to go out of my comfort zone and try a bunch of new things. I want to be put in high-stress situations because I love the adrenaline and experience I get from it. Any way I can improve myself is worth trying, and growing and improving- to me at least- gives me a sense of fulfillment and happiness. Cheers.
