"The Fall Anime Season's Discussion Thread"
A new season of anime has started, and so does a new thread.
This thread is for everyone to post about the coming Fall anime season.
Which anime are you looking forward to watching this season? What do you think of each episode?

I'm excited about Inuyashiki, hope they don't use too much 3D, at least not for the character animations.
Yeah, that's been a problem in the last couple years. Lots of studios have been experimenting with 3d modeling as a way of speeding up the animation process. But when trying to mix the two very different style of animation like they are.. it'll be a long messy process of learning what works and what doesn't.
Inuyashiki does look like it'll be interesting.
Wait whaaaaaaaat. I need to watch that last episode of Kekkai Sensen that I put off for forever, since it was delayed for like 3 months or something crazy.
Some interesting ones in there though. I'll have to stay focused. I predict Inuyashiki will probably be the top anime of the season. This is based on nothing more than this picture, however. Dia Horizon will probably be the disappointment (in that people will have high expectations). Kanojo Bitch will probably be the meme focus, and will probably be the top comedy of the season, well... at least among males. Dies Irae looks like it'll probably be really good, or really terrible. Kujira no Kora will either be full of feels or be fairly boring. Shoujo Shuumatsu, Ousama Game, and Juuni Taisen I don't feel I have a solid grasp on. Net-juu will probably be bad, but it'll also be a personal favorite.
A lot of these I feel like I'm going to at least give a shot towards, which at the very least says something about their art and overall appeal.
Sometimes it's obvious what you're gonna get from an anime... Other times they end up totally surprising or disappointing you... It's hard to judge if an anime is worth watching for sure until you've seen the first couple episodes. But there's not enough time to watch them all, and it's easy to miss unexpected gems.
My goal with this thread is to help people find the anime they'll enjoy watching by giving opinions and reviews as they start to air... and through out the season as well.
Shokugeki no Souma 2, finally!
Black Clover seems pretty good, people say it's going to be a great success.
I'm curious to watch Dia Horizon.
I've never noticed the first season of UQ Holder, it looks interesting. I should take a look at it.
When I look at Dia Horizon's cover I have to think of Grimgar. Grimgar wasn't by any means bad, but it lacked any sort of meaningful plot and ultimately it felt like it hadn't gone anywhere. It also reminds me of Granblue, which was fairly opposite to Grimgar, while it had a lot of direction to it, it felt largely felt like something you'd seen before. To top that off Dia Horizon is based on a mobile game, which further cements that idea as it was the same case as Granblue.
Maybe it'll surprise me, but I have no confidence in it. I'll give it at least 1 episode though. Probably.
Hmm looking at Fall 2017 the ones that piqued my interest are Dies Irae, 3rd season of Shokugeki no Soma, Love Live, Wake Up Girls, UQ Holder, Just Because, and the Heavens Feel movie. I heard a lot of good things about March Comes in Like a Lion so I need to get on to watching the first season.i'll probably add more series as the season goes on.
