Which is more important to you when it comes to being right about a situation. 1. Confirming/proving your thoughts are right based on what you deem as logical. 2. Feeling that its right based on personal values you uphold.

Solid facts not half story or emotion just straight up facts. If I or there person can find all the data and place it in front of each other and say this is how it is then that is all I want or need. Now the other question is being right all the time worth it? Like I hold back correcting old people and family all the time just because getting all the facts and potentially being that lisa character is off putting.

To be honest in certain siituations I am not even interested in whos right, at times being right is more harmful than the alternative, yield and press

On top of previous commentary, there is also the idea that often "right" is a subjective and malleable thing. That said in many senses one could argue that there is no right many times.

^Bingo Being right is a important when we as humanity agree as a whole. Since we are such controversial beings, being "right" is completely subjective.just because it's "right" does it make it right? People who challenged ideas brought things like a better understanding of astronomy(Gallieo) or the discovery of two continents (Columbus). We evolve to have a better understanding of the universe when we challenge/question/or even sometimes accept what is "right". We like to think we the answers for everything but the reality is that we'll never know all the secrets of the universe.

Look at how Science has changed there opinion on Dinosaurs or Pluto over most of our lives, Facts change all the time. If we just accept whatever people say we never learn.

My three priorities most commonly fall between logic, compassion, and honor. In conflicts between the three, I am often most likely to prioritize compassion first, logic second, and honor third. But I am flexible with all my core values though, and if I feel good in at least two areas, I can justify being wrong in the third.
