Yu Yu Hakusho started me a while back when it was airing on adult swim. The Manga was great also. Congrats on finishing One Punch Man btw.. I'm on episode 9. Love "the blonde cyborg" haha

Christopher Paolini's Inheritance cycle is really good. It is about dragons. Very detailed and will keep you occupied for sure. And anything from Terry Brooks or L.A.Meyers Bloody Jack series. I love to read and find all these authors incredible.
