arigatou ;), i've actually been teaching myself for about 4 yrs now, but my proficiency is nowhere near a 4th yr student ,unfortunately. I know the two kanas, basic grammar, and basic kanji, but that's about it. oh well, I try lol. As for where I'd go...i have no idea. guess I should give that some thought.
So do you fix computers and whatnot? I tried to teach myself that kind of stuff but I just couldn't understand it
