I've been a fan of the anime world for more than 10 years. I am 24 years old, Filipino (though looks more Japanese/Chinese-ish); born, raised, and still live in San Jose, CA, the virtual birthplace of modern anime fandom in the US. I am a recent graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Hospitality & Recreation. I am big into older anime from the late 90s and early 2000s, like Tenchi Muyo, Slayers, Utena, and Love Hina. Some newer anime appeals to me too, like Haruhi Suzumiya and Ouran HSHC (hm, both have a Haruhi in it). I am also into music games, such as DDR (since 1st mix), Para Para Paradise, Guitar Hero, Rock Band, DJ Hero, and Bust A Groove, among others. Aside from anime, I am also an avid golfer with a USGA handicap of 20 and has been playing as long as I loved anime; and also a fan of racing, like NASCAR and F1. My current favorite anime are: Ouran HSHC, Haruhi Suzumiya, Slayers Evo, Initial D, Hayate no Gotoku. My current favorite TV shows are: Top Gear, Man vs. Food, WWE Raw Smackdown ECW and Superstars, and Golf Central. My current favorite video games are FIFA 10, Tiger Woods 10, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010, Smash Bros. Brawl, Forza Motorsport. What a contrast of interests huh?
