Best Anime Ever ?

WHATSUP PEOPLE ?! I'm really curious as to what you all think is one of the best or THE best anime you've ever watched ! Great story & characters, stunning animation, beautiful/hardcore soundtrack or score and amazing romance/action/comedy/drama are the ingredients for an amazing or stunning anime ! Of course I'll state an anime. Although I must admit, I haven't found an anime which I call the best anime ever I have a favourite one. It's the anime everyone was hyped about in Fall of last year. One Punch Man broke my expectations and made me enjoy an anime the way I've never enjoyed before. The comedy was hilarious, the fights were cool, characters were awesome and the story was simple, but really good and not talking about the soundtrack/score, which hyped me more and still hypes me up ! I make this thread to also get some suggestions for anime to watch... Respect each others opinions, you don't have to be extremely nice, but just don't be an asshole about it, thanks !

Fairy Tail ftw Also Akame Ga Kill (Anime, but if you're not satisfied with the ending then read the manga)

Some of the most overrated examples: Akira = inspired video games looks with Neo Tokyo Hokuto no Ken = ATATATATATATA!!! WA-CHAAA!!! Omai wa mo shin deru! DBZ = blowing up planets Naruto = can you find the ninjas easier than Waldo? One Piece = simply pirate-related with wackiness Cowboy Bebop = perhaps so enjoyable, even anti-anime fan YTMND allowed Cosby Bebop to be created: Gurren Lagann = lovely Yoko Ghost in the Shell = the next Akira Studio Ghibli films = very popular, especially to Japanese female audience. That's about it.

Best anime ever!!!, non really. I seen a lot of masterpiece anime, yet still they fall in different genre, and topics. So, in reality for me to say best anime ever would have to be in different topics and genre. For Romance: Clannad For Music: K-On For Sports: Ace of Diamond For Action/Adv: Dragon Ball Comedy: School Rumble

It's hard for me to put a favorite anime in place over all the others. If I had to, Fairy Tail Knights of Sidonia Seven Deadly Sins Vampire Knight Hunter x Hunter

It's hard to pick favorites, but some of mine would have to be Shiki, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Cowboy Bebop, Hidamari Sketch, K-On, Gurren Lagann, Madoka, Psycho-Pass, Mononoke, Cencoroll, and Fate/Zero. It's kind of a mixed bag, but those are a handful of shows that've just really stuck with me, and that I've found myself rewatching since I finished them.
