Your Favorite Anime Vehicles

theycallmetakeo
I'm a weapons nerd...wait, that's irrelevant. So, here's a question for you all: In the many anime (or if you just started getting into it, either way) you've seen or manga you've read, what are your favorite vehicles? I'm not just talking about cars and automobiles, but mechs, ships, aircraft, whatever has been featured as a mode of transportation, a combat vessel, or both. I want to see what your answers are. For me, most of the cars featured in Initial D are favorite cars IRL (and I've driven a few). But, if I were to sit here and actually list EVERY anime vehicle that I've come to love throughout the years, my list would be too freaking long. So what's yours?
jojoni
My favorite is the NB8C from Initial D. So happens I also drive one XD!

Guess my ride LOL: <img src="http://a.nime.me/0015/8585/treo273.jpg"> Hmm... html not allowed anymore?

Technically not a vehicle, I would kill for some Air Treks. I can't even skate but I so want some. Honorable mention to the vespa from FCLC
jojoni
I want that vespa when I was a kid... I actually have the "P!" decal I got from Yamanaga-san years ago. Then again, Vespas are rather expensive compared to more powerful Japanese bikes/scooter.

I prefer mecha to other vehicles. I especially like smaller suits that are more personal and can be worn inside of buildings. Bubblegum Crisis had some good suits. Then again, if you watch dominion tank police, apparently tanks are good for going inside buildings as well :)

Wait, Jojoni, the NB8C is a second-gen MX-5. You actually have one? Dang. I'd like the MX-5 more if I could get it in hardtop (I hate convertibles). Also, as of now, I'll also include different forms of transporation, so robscene, Air Treks are fair game...and awesome. They are very awesome.
jojoni
Well mine has a hardtop XD! I kept it a sleeper, no decals or GT wings ^_-.
theycallmetakeo
YES! I have a thing for sleeper. I come from a state with a large Hmong population and Ricers are freaking everywhere. Most people find it weird that as an Asian American who loves tuners that I can't stand the massive FRP/Aluminum/CF spoilers, tacky body kits, gaudy body art vinyls, and insane amounts of aftermarket manufacturer decals. Although, my dream car isn't exactly one I could drive in the US without turning some heads. And no, it's not the AE86 Notchback Coupe (it's the Trueno front end with flip up headlights but the Levin coupe body. It's slightly better balanced than the Trueno) though it's near the top of "CARS I MUST BUY" list. No, if I were to roll up in my dream car, no matter how hard I tried to make it a sleeper, it would just stand out too much. But how'd you manage to get a Hardtop NB? Is it aftermarket hardtop or OEM hardtop?
jojoni
She was used with only 600 miles, 6 speed (RS version in Japan) & an OEM hardtop... I swore she winked at me on a dealer parking lot, next thing I knew I was driving the darn thing home XD! I'm planning to retire her after getting her restored & getting a FR-S soon ^_-.
