Help me find an anime please!! :(

I literally will reward you by ordering a medium size pizza for you (I'm no predator/pedophile dw yall). I have no idea where to begin with this, and i'm terrible at explaining things, but i'm going to try my VERY best to describe what I remember because I have a terrible memory. The anime is rather new. Maybe 2014 new?? Not sure. The ONLY thing I remember is this girl with white hair and she's like the president of some club or CEO of some company, and this girl (who I think is the main character) had like admired her sososo much. Towards the end of the anime,she (white hair girl) used her friends for some reason, like she was using them to create her long lost friend who died and her data went all over the world. And then something happened I forgot. But then afterwards the friend who admired the whitehair girl had went with HER friends to like find the data that spread everywhere. They went through this kind of portal and stuff. I know it probably makes no sense, but I can't explain things for the life of me ;; Please help. Reward is medium size pizza with any toppings!! UPDATE: I remembered the white girl hair had messy pigtails!! (maybe)

Maybe the anime you are looking for is Plastic Memories perhaps. Not saying that you have plastic memories... Try eating almonds, they helped with memories. And don't eat cinnamon because they help you lose things you are trying to remember. All of this is true.

None of those, but the anime Wixoss got my memory jogging. The main character was a girl with this bigass hat and she used to be a famous card player, but she stopped playing. I hope I didn't get my animes mixed up ><
