Soul Eater:Manga vs Anime

If you've read the manga and watched the anime, here's my question to you. Which did you prefer ? Because honestly the ending is very different in the manga, (the manga deviates after the first battle with arachnophobia). -spoiler alert- What did you think of Kid having all his lines, becoming shinigami, and making a treaty with the witches? What do you think of Tezca who isn't even mentioned in the anime? Souls Death Scythe form, what did you think?
